This interactive breakout, led by Stefan Savage of UCSD Computer Science and Engineering, offered an opportunity to address the topic of Finance and Criminology with colleagues and potential collaborators. The conversation included issues such as attack strategies for financial gain, financial infrastructure support systems and associated attacks, motivation of cyber attackers, cyber terrorism and cyber vandals, criminology models of cyber-crime victimization, and theories of cyber-crime.
